NPCollege is a dedicated institution offering immersive, hands-on training in medical imaging and allied health professions. At NPCollege, students can enroll in career-oriented programs such as diagnostic medical sonography, radiologic technology (X-Ray), MRI technologist training, and other medical imaging disciplines — with campuses in Lakewood, California, Henderson, Nevada and more to be launched soon.
The public facing website of NPCollege was rebuilt in 2024 using WordPress and Elementor. My responsibility was to add the finishing touches to enable this Elementor based website to—
- Integrate with Infusion Systems forms which they use to collect and process leads. Custom jQuery/AJAX code was infused into Elementor templates to integrate with the externally hosted forms while still keeping the Elementor based design and styling.
- Provide the data structure and editing capabilities for campus, programs and schedules. WordPress SCF (secure custom fields) was used for here.
- Dynamically make pages render campus and availability based on the selected training program. Again, custom code was infused into Elementor to extract and render the necessary SCF/ACF information from WordPress REST API.
- The basics like reCaptcha, Live Help, caching, minification and security hardening.
